The North Syria Emergency Response Project minimizes the negative effects of the crisis that has affected families and communities, as well as aids in recovery. The program believes that if job opportunities are increased and the lives of the most vulnerable groups (including youth, women and the displaced) are revived, families will be stronger, more resilient and able to help and contribute to their communities. To this end, the project uses locally available strengths, tools and systems to steadily resume and develop the delivery of public services.
The project activities are expected to lead to a stronger economy, job creation for crisis-affected men and women, and an appropriate and environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Elements of an emergency medical response project may include:
Ambulance and Rescue Teams: Organizing teams trained to provide first aid and transfer the injured quickly and effectively.
Training and preparation: Training medical staff and volunteers on how to deal with medical emergencies and provide primary care.
Medical Equipment: Ensuring the availability of medical equipment and tools needed to provide first aid, such as slides, bandages, and basic medical tools.
Planning and Coordination: Developing solid plans for emergency response and coordinating efforts between different entities, including local authorities, NGOs and hospitals.
Awareness and Education: Educating the public on how to act in a medical emergency and the initial steps to take.
- Technology: Using technology to improve emergency response, such as smartphone apps to call for help and locate locations.
Cooperation with concerned authorities: Cooperating with relevant government agencies, such as the Ministries of Health and Civil Defense, and international organizations, to enhance the ability to respond to health emergencies.
Continuous Evaluation and Improvement: Regular evaluation and improvement of the emergency response project performance based on experiences
